∎ ▪ Sound knowledge on VDS & TDS.
∎ ▪ Good team player.
∎ ▪ Candidates have to be energetic to work for a long time & under pressure.
∎ ▪ Good communication skills
∎ ▪ Computer literacy is must (Especially in MS Office program).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description / Responsibility
∎ ▪ Maintain the records of all financial transactions.
∎ ▪ Ensure authenticity and proper accounting head before posting in accounting software.
∎ ▪ Update voucher posting in regular basis.
∎ ▪ Help to reconcile with Bank Deposit and sales as per sales register.
∎ ▪ Ensure Source Deduction of Tax & VAT as per ITO -1984 & VAT Act -2012 and timely deposit to the Gov't Treasury
∎ ▪ Ensures that books of accounts are properly and effectively maintained in respect of all legal requirements of the Institution, Government and according to the standard accounting practices
∎ ▪ To provides reports timely and accurate financial information according to requirements.
∎ ▪ Maintains financial and administrative files and records.
∎ ▪ Transaction processing, record keeping, review, voucher entry..
∎ ▪ Keep documentation of highly confidential data/report.
∎ ▪ Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses.
∎ ▪ Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet, etc.
