Responsibilities & Context:
Accounts Management:
- Posting of daily operations in Tally Prime software
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of vendor invoices and maintenance of party ledgers
- Payment to supplier and maintain ledger
- Maintaining financial records with bank statements,
- Maintaining reconciliation of stock, debtors, sales, advances and creditors at the end of each month.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, taxes and benefits to employees.
