∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting documents, statement and records accurately;
∎ Daily Collection (Cash & Cheque) and daily Cash Deposit at Bank.
∎ Cheque deposit at Bank according to Scheduled date, credit monitoring and realization.
∎ Party Ledger Reconciliation and maintaining Petty Cash.
∎ Billing, Confirmation Product delivery, Confirmation T.T and preparing Monthly Expenditure Sheet and reporting to HO.
∎ Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas and constantly update job knowledge.
∎ Clients Ledger Reconciliation and to maintain Credit database report.
∎ Maintain Credit Policy Strictly and Handle Credit Controls & Administration Duties.
∎ Preparing recovery/non-moving parties list by using nonmoving party's sales vs. collection report.
∎ Ensure Confidentiality Of Credit Operations Documents.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
