∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Strong understanding of resort operations.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and property management systems (PMS).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
∎ Record all financial transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities).·
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly& annual budgets for various departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance).
∎ Monitor actual performance against the budget.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and organize all important resort-related documentation.
∎ Handle filing and record-keeping for operational and financial documents.
∎ Draft letters, notices, and official communication as required.
∎ Assist the resort manager/owner with daily operational matters Ensure resort assets, inventories, and consumables records are updated.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as instructed.
∎ Prepare debit, credit & journal vouchers for daily transactions.
∎ Take care of local procurement or market visits for urgent needs.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
