∎ 1 to 2 years of experience working with Tally ERP or accounting software.
∎ Proficiency in Tally ERP software and its various modules (Accounts, Inventory).
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
∎ Preferred: Tally Certification or other relevant accounting software certification.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

∎ Set up and configure Tally ERP software to meet business needs.
∎ Generate and analyze financial reports, including financial statements.
∎ Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in Tally through periodic audits.
∎ Implement necessary customizations and updates in Tally as required.
∎ Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.

∎ Executive, Accounts will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Tally ERP software, ensuring smooth financial and accounting operations. This role involves configuring, monitoring, and optimizing Tally software to align with the company’s financial processes while ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
