Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Major in HRM, Management, Accounting or related disciplines.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Accounts and Administration.

• Excellent typing skills in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English are mandatory.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports, formulas, data analysis).

• Good working knowledge of MS Word and office documentation.

• Sound understanding of modern technology, office software, and digital tools.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism.

• Honest, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities & Contexts

• Managing overall office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Maintaining proper vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Handling cash, bank deposits, withdrawals, and cheque-related activities.

• Managing petty cash and preparing regular petty cash statements.

• Maintaining attendance records leave registers, and basic HR documentation.

• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.

• Maintaining office files, registers, contracts, and confidential documents.

• Following up on utility bills, office rent, and other recurring expenses.

• Assisting in payroll preparation and salary disbursement support.

• Supporting audit activities by preparing required documents and statements.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.

• Coordinating with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.

• Providing administrative and accounts-related support to management as assigned.
