Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ Good representation of store products.
∎ Fully dedicated for Sales target and set the plan to achieve this.
∎ Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
∎ Manage whole showroom activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self motivated and ambitious to contact with customer.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Must have good communication skill both English & Bangla.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Retail Store, Departmental Store, (Foreign Departmental Store Experience Will get Advantage).
∎ For experienced candidates, age limit is relax able.
