∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficient with Zoom, including screen sharing, breakout rooms, and session hosting
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to end users
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support for ERP software users via Zoom, email, and phone
∎ Troubleshoot system issues related to finance, inventory, HR, or other ERP modules
∎ Assist clients during live Zoom sessions to resolve problems or provide training
∎ Log and track support tickets through the help desk system
∎ Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to escalate complex issues
∎ Guide users on best practices and system usage
∎ Provide support for ERP software users via Zoom, email, and phone
