The company is marketing consumer goods "Green brand" in different dimensions like health, daily product, stationery etc. and producing more than 15 products. Major and popular products of the company are Green InstantNoodles, Green mustard oil, Green ball pen, Green Washout, Green Vermichili, Green Super Power Toilet Cleaner and different tea items like Tulsi, Amla, Green, Arjun, Trifala and Slimming. Green Family Limited is a divergent company focusing on effective Education, Fresh& Pure Consumer products, trustworthy Treatment, sustainable Agriculture, Secured Housing project and so on.
∎ Presently the company is inviting expression of interest for the following position.
∎ The candidate must be able to work with a team and independently, under stress and within shifting environment when needed.
∎ Job Location: Head Office: Bijoynagar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring ERP software such as finance and accounting, payroll, production, materials management and customer relationship management (CRM) etc.
∎ Ensure that the platform is being used to its fullest potential through designing and building scripts around our Financial System's needs.
∎ Skilled understanding of retail application functionality (e.g. order management, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, financials), including features, configuration and support.
∎ Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
∎ Capable to solve any type of trouble shooting issues who use the ERP systems
∎ Ensure proper input process into the ERP system
∎ Answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects.
∎ Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
∎ Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
∎ Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation
∎ Assist during the engagement activities of teams on new transactions, guiding them to prepare focused request lists and agenda, facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverable
∎ Work closely with the ERP development / implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by team leader.
∎ Assist during the testing phase of new developments and implement in the live system.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all modules.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support to ERP users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Training & Development
∎ Solid experience in IT management with particular track record leading IT system, ERP implementation projects
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Software Insolation, Computer Network System, troubleshoot
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Ability in leading changes and driving transformation in a traditional work style
∎ Familiar with ERP system
∎ Outstanding people and project management skills
