Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any UGC approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and monitor New Sales and Upsale requests in SFA
∎ Ensure the highest level of support for Enterprise clients and attain all sorts of client issues with the highest priority.
∎ Ensure support for limit change, replacement, reactivation, and new activation/migration of dials for corporate clients and escalate customer complaints, and provide solutions through feedback to client/corporate teams by Team within given SLA
∎ Manage Enterprise reporting databases and prepare various activity reports to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations
∎ Ensure instant service for Corporate Account Manager and manage new recruitment process (Interview process, IT request form and Business request form process, Create Salesman code and SMS activation code, DBSS related code)
∎ Ensure all documentation is maintained in regulatory and compliance formations

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment with proven achievement
∎ Successfully complete the Enterprise segment BTRC document approval
∎ Active participant in the ongoing Enterprise digital projects
∎ Execute and perform customer service request
