Job Context:
∎ Sabrina Memorial Foundation Academy is searching for a dedicated and experienced English teacher to join our team to teach lower grades up to Class 6. As an English teacher, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students` English language skills. You will also be responsible for assigning homework, grading assignments and quizzes, and documenting students` progress. The teacher should also encourage students to practice spoken English in the classroom.
∎ To be successful as an English teacher, you should possess a thorough understanding of effective teaching practices. Our ideal candidate will be able to create a stimulating learning environment that is sensitive to students` socioeconomic backgrounds.
∎ Earliest start date: January 2022.
∎ Location: Jabusha, Khulna
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create lesson plans for students
∎ Grade student essays and tests
∎ Ensure that the classroom stays orderly
∎ Encourage students to read out loud in class
∎ Write progress reports for students
∎ Create tests for students
∎ Assign essays and homework to students
∎ Assign books for students to read
Additional Requirements:
∎ Comfortable working with students of different levels
∎ Willing to commute or live in rural area (Jabusha)
∎ Good speaking and writing skills
∎ Ability to create lesson plans
