To maintain our high standards of service and student success, we are looking for a dynamic, highly proficient, and engaging English Language Trainer / IELTS Instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive IELTS preparation and spoken English training, guiding students through interactive lessons, and mentoring them to achieve their target band scores. Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering all four modules of the IELTS exam Academic and General Training Listening Reading Writing and Speaking.

Deliver engaging Spoken English and Business Communication lessons to students and professionals of varying proficiency levels.

Design update and customize lesson plans study materials and mock test papers to ensure alignment with current IELTS exam trends and Cambridge standards.

Evaluate students diagnostic tests mock exams and regular assignments providing constructive individualized feedback to help them improve.

Conduct regular full length mock tests monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic performance logs.

Develop targeted strategies tips and time management techniques for students struggling with specific modules particularly Writing and Speaking.

Provide one on one mentoring sessions for weak students to address their specific language barriers and boost their confidence.

Stay updated on the latest changes guidelines and evaluation criteria set by IDP and the British Council.

Assist the management team in curriculum development student counseling and promotional seminars or webinars if required.

Maintain a positive interactive and professional classroom environment both in person and online.
