• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• Good command of English; Bangla communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Experience with restaurant reservation systems will be an advantage.

Position Overview

AURA Experience is looking for a well-presented, courteous, and service-oriented Hostess to create a warm and memorable first impression for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a premium fine-dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

• Manage reservations, guest seating, and waiting lists efficiently.

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating and table turnover.

• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant.

• Assist with birthday celebrations, private dining, and special guest arrangements.

• Maintain the entrance, reception, and waiting area to luxury hospitality standards.

• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate special requests.

• Ensure a professional, welcoming, and personalized guest experience.
