• Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager

• 8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong experience in thermoforming production.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Production Manager.

• Strong practical knowledge of thermoforming machines, molds, heating systems, forming, cutting, stacking, and related processes.

• Experience with PET/PP sheet thermoforming is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of production planning, maintenance coordination, quality control, and process optimization.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.

• Good command of English language.

• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and production reporting systems/ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily thermoforming production operations.

• Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of production targets.

• Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, quality, and material utilization.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

• Ensure proper operation of thermoforming machines, molds, heating and forming systems.

• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production losses.

• Monitor OEE, quality standards, wastage, and production KPIs.

• Lead and manage production staff while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Prepare and maintain production reports using Excel and ERP systems.

• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in plastic thermoforming production, excellent leadership capability, technical knowledge of thermoforming processes, and the ability to manage production teams while achieving quality and productivity targets.

• Salary: BDT 231,000 – 230,000 per month
