Banking Call Center Experience may prefer.
Excellent Communication Skills in both Bangla and English.
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook.
Responsibilities & Context:
Efficiently handles incoming calls to resolve inquiries and provide tailored solutions across a comprehensive suite of banking products.
Proactively addresses, negotiates, and resolves complex customer complaints and requests, turning service challenges into opportunities for client retention.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
