Position Overview
The Engineer role serves as the primary contact for retail and corporate clients for internet services, ensuring effective technical support and seamless service delivery. The position is responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and service optimization to maintain high client satisfaction. It ensures SLA compliance while proactively monitoring and resolving network issues to support business continuity.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and corporate clients for internet services, ensuring prompt, clear, and professional communication to address their service needs and queries.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and performance issues through phone, email, or remote access, ensuring minimal service disruption. Escalate complex technical issues to the network engineering team when necessary.
Service Monitoring & Issue Prevention:
Continuously monitor network service uptime, proactively identify and address potential service issues to prevent downtime, and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with business needs.
Installation, Configuration & Coordination:
Support end-to-end onboarding, configuration, and installation processes for internet services, including conducting site surveys, configuring routers, switches, and related equipment, and coordinating with the installation and support teams to ensure seamless setup and upgrades.
Service Optimization & Compliance:
Advise clients on service optimization, network security, and best practices to enhance service quality. Ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreements), efficiently handle and resolve client complaints, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards during all service activities.
