Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed University.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will plan and coordinate proper execution of sales function.
∎ The candidate will be required to execute continuous market research and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Preparation of documents for new dealer appointment.
∎ Preparation of monthly target and achievement report.
∎ Day to day communication with dealers regarding daily sales process, dealer queries and corrective measures.
∎ Delivery management, including follow-up with plant and SCD.
∎ Develop and ensure good relationship with existing clients to increase our existing business volume.
∎ Liaising with Local Government Engineering Department & & Roads & Highways.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have experience in construction of roads & highways
∎ Candidate having working experience with Government Organization, will be given preference.
∎ Honest, ethical, and dependable
∎ Computer literate in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should be excellent in planning, leading and managing
∎ Ability to work independently
