Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ EEE/ECE/ETE/ICE or equivalent from any reputed university.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ The applicants must have hands on experience specially on Juniper device.
∎ In-depth knowledge of network devices i.e. Juniper /Mikrotik, OLT.
∎ IP networking knowledge, i.e IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, STP, RSTP, OSPF, BGP.
∎ Sound knowledge on L2 and L3 segments.
∎ Hands on experience on global routing.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work in roster schedule including night shift.
∎ Must working experience in ISP/IIG.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for Engineer - NMC & Tech Support for MiME - ISP operations. Please check the MIME web link for company information. https://www.mimebd.com/Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring.Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP6.   Configuring and installing various network devices and services.Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.DDOS Notification closely Monitoring and take initiative step.Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.
