  • Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in similar medical equipment sales and service businesses.
  • Experience in Medical equipment fields specially Selling Diagnostic & Hospital items will be highly appreciated.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc).
  • Mentioned area base hometown candidates will get preference.


Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Part:

  • Actively promote and sell our portfolio of cutting-edge Biomedical Machines and Equipements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients (doctors, lab technicians, hospital administrators).

  • Proactively identify and explore new market opportunities and potential client locations for machine placement.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth. Ensure timely collection of due payments from clients.

  • Sales visit in assigned area (Division / District wise)

  • Market assessment, analysis & strategy execution ability.

  • Day-to-Day reporting to authority.

  • Smart presentation skill.

Service Part:

  • Perform professional installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and integration into client facilities.

  • Execute precise calibration of instruments to guarantee accurate and reliable results, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

  • Provide comprehensive application training and operational guidance to doctors and diagnostic staff/technicians on the functionality and optimal use of all installed equipment.

  • Perform minor error debugging and first-line troubleshooting to quickly resolve common operational issues. This includes addressing problems like technical/procedural errors, degradation of test components/reagents, presence of interfering substances in samples, sample storage issues, and proper handling of consumables.

  • Document all service activities, maintenance records, and client interactions meticulously.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales calls, service visits, installations, and client interactions in company provided format.
