∎ Skills Required: 1. Ability to solve problem 2.Quick learner 3. Work under pressure, adequate knowledge on computer including, Bengali and English Typing, Document organization and storage, Vendor Managemewnt
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
adequate knowledge on computer including, Business Operations Support, Business Product Development, Communications skills in English, E Commerce goods and parcels delivery, Experience in relevant field, Medical DevicesEquipment Sales Servicing., Medical Equipment Sales Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Medical Equipment, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Timely Data Entry for each debit & Credit accountability in the Electronic Accounting Systems
∎ Preparing & Maintaining Banking Related Transactions
∎ Prepare all kind of Vouchers
∎ Prepare bank Reconciliation
∎ Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different financial registers
∎ Cross Check the payment with bills & Ensure the nature of Expenses
∎ Ensure the VAT, TAX & AIT are calculated & implemented on the invoice & expenditures where applicable
∎ Daily Petty Cash Voucher Handling
∎ Product Inventory list maintaining in ware house and
∎ Any Office Administration related task advised by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations & procedures
∎ Hands on Experience with accounting software
∎ Proper knowledge in Computing taxes & Prepare tax Returns
∎ Must have MS Excel skills
∎ Experience with General Ledger functions for daily Cash maintenance
∎ Strong attention to Vendor call Response and do solutions as requested.
∎ Long time uninterrupted working capability
