∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ETE
∎ CCNA and Linux course completed candidate will be preferred
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,Linux Server administration,Networking
∎ Skills Required: BGP, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Computer skill, Linux server, SIP, TCP, Vlan

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Require good knowledge of Networking, LAN/WAN/MAN, and different routing protocol
∎ Require good Knowledge of SIP, and VOIP servers (such as Asterisk)
∎ TCP/IP Model,
∎ Red Hat 7, Ubuntu
∎ Proactive and quick learner
∎ 24/7 shift duty

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 fault and Network performance monitoring.
∎ 1st level logical support over phone/email.
∎ Perform Primary level troubleshooting for various complaints raised by customers.
∎ Basic Network Configuration and maintenance.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 29 years
