Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview:
The ISP Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Internet Service Provider (ISP) projects to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules for ISP infrastructure and service deployment projects of clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer support) to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to project managers and senior leadership.
Implementation & Monitoring
- Support the execution of fiber, wireless, and broadband network rollouts.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and transmission teams to ensure timely completion of installations and maintenance actives.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to avoid delays.
- Monitor client services including entre monitoring system.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, technical documentation, and compliance records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues that may impact service delivery.
