∎ BSC Engineering /Diploma in Engineering from reputed Institute .
∎ BSC Engineering /Diploma in Engineering from reputed Institute .
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning the activities of hatchery as per production plan.
∎ Overall monitoring the hatchery incubators & hatching egg management.
∎ Solving technical issues related to hatchery incubators, electrical, sub-station, generator operating and servicing.
∎ Manage chick care, maintenance, packing and transfer activities.Ø Egg Grading & DOC Grading.
∎ Manage and maintain weekly hatch schedules.
∎ Keeping all analytical records related to production and others.
∎ To responsible for providing technical assistance for supervisors and workers.
∎ Knowledge of parts and equipment used in modern hatchery & poultry production facilities.
∎ Manage and coordinate hatchery activities.
∎ Oversee quality assurance program and hatchery sanitation.
∎ Keep a current knowledge of industry trends.
∎ Comply with all company policies.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management.
