Technical/production on related industry work experience will be an added advantage.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area.Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Chinese.
Willingness to work in a factory environment, including rotating shifts if required.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of machinery/electrical equipment preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Battery Production Operations
Operate and monitor battery manufacturing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Prepare and load raw materials, chemicals, and battery components into machines as per instructions.
Assist in mixing, assembling, sealing, charging, and formation of battery cells.
Maintain production parameters (temperature, pressure, voltage, cycle time) to meet quality standards.
Support electrolyte filling and proper sealing processes for safety and longevity.
Inspect battery cells visually and with measuring tools to detect defects or leaks.
Support production line changeovers for different battery models.
Machine Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Assist in installation, alignment, and calibration of machines before production.
Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
Job Location: Gopinathpur, Rampal-Mongla Highway, Bagerhat
