• Technical/production on related industry work experience will be an added advantage.

• Experience: Experienced candidates can apply.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area.Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Chinese.

• Willingness to work in a factory environment, including rotating shifts if required.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

• Basic understanding of machinery/electrical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Battery Production Operations

• Operate and monitor battery manufacturing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Prepare and load raw materials, chemicals, and battery components into machines as per instructions.

• Assist in mixing, assembling, sealing, charging, and formation of battery cells.

• Maintain production parameters (temperature, pressure, voltage, cycle time) to meet quality standards.

• Support electrolyte filling and proper sealing processes for safety and longevity.

• Inspect battery cells visually and with measuring tools to detect defects or leaks.

• Support production line changeovers for different battery models.

• Machine Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Assist in installation, alignment, and calibration of machines before production.

• Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
