Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile Engineering from any reputed university.

• Age At least 28 years

1. Good communication (written/verbal) & Bangla typing skills.
2. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
3. Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
4. Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ensure all periodical maintenance of all vehicles of Epyllion Group to ensure smooth service

• Ensure proper inspection of vehicles, timely replacement or repair of spare parts, and quality assurance of workshop services during maintenance or repair.

• Conduct periodical visits and assessments to evaluate supplier and workshop competency; collect quotations and verify the quantity, price, and quality of products & services

• Ensure all spare parts and service bills are accurately recorded in the data management system.

• Conduct skill assessments for drivers and vehicle technicians and provide training on operating various types of vehicles.

• Prepare repair and maintenance budgets, along with detailed work schedules outlining required materials and labor.

• Recommend the addition of new vehicles to the fleet following thorough inspections from both technical and cost-efficiency perspectives.

• Responsible for organizing training programs for all drivers of Epyllion Groups on basic vehicle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Remain prepared to provide support during road accidents or crises by maintaining coordination with relevant law enforcement personnel to save the vehicle.
