Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing embedded devices & systems from requirements to prototype to installation/ commissioning.
∎ Developing, designing, prototyping, coding, testing, verifying and debugging efficient, high-quality embedded hardware devices, firmware, software.
∎ Creating new design, reviewing existing designs and integrating these.
∎ Creating new design, schematics, blueprints for embedded device circuit boards.
∎ Designing multi-layer PCB layouts including high-speed digital, low-voltage analog, power & EMI/EMC management.
∎ Preparing cost-effective BOMs for circuit board, hardware.
∎ Developing new circuit boards, updating existing circuits, and integrating these.
∎ Interfacing hardware systems with different transducers, sensors, I/Os.
∎ Designing test plans and strategies.
∎ Testing, debugging, validating, verifying embedded hardware and software.
∎ Recording, analyzing test results.
∎ Writing, managing technical documents (requirements, specifications, design, test).
∎ Providing technical assistance to clients, sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 1+ year work experiences. No working experiences required for applicants who has demonstrated exceptional analytical ability & technical skills during the course programs.
∎ Hands-on experiences in developing embedded hardware, firmware, software systems with pre-emptive, multi-tasking, RTOS will be a plus.
∎ Good programming experiences in C, C++, Python, assembly.
∎ Good working knowledge of Linux/Linux variants, Windows.
∎ Knowledge with microprocessor/microcontrollers from ST, Microchip, TI etc.
∎ Working experiences with SPI, I2C etc.
∎ Good working knowledge with SBC/SOM/ boards such as Arduino/RPI/Beaglebone etc.
∎ Experiences interfacing with WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet, GSM communication.
∎ Experiences interfacing with I/Os, sensors, transducers.
∎ Good experiences designing circuits, schematics & PCB layouts using appropriate tools.
∎ Strong documentation and writing skills.
∎ Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Good team collaboration, leadership and verbal & written communication skills.
