Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Performing electrical maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent future issues.
- Operate heavy machinery like aerial lifts & Escalators or forklifts to move materials, and ensure the safety of the work area and crew
- Inspect and test electrical components for safety and functionality
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install new electrical systems and components as needed
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on complex projects
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
