Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and treatment devices across branches and factories.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on electrical circuits, control panels, and industrial machinery.
∎ Ensure electrical system safe and efficient operation, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
∎ Provide technical support and on-site assistance for electrical failures and emergency repairs.
∎ Collaborate with the operations and maintenance team to resolve issues and improve system performance.
∎ Maintain detailed logs and reports of maintenance work, equipment performance, and repair schedules.
∎ Travel frequently to branches and factory locations for inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Plan and execute Annual, Preventive, Corrective, and Scheduled Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintained Air Compressor, Generator, Substation, MDB, SDB, DB and other electrical issues.
∎ Maintain Heat Seal and Screen Print Machines. Monitor, analyze, and report resource consumption (water, electricity, gas, steam) to recommend cost-saving measures.
∎ Hands-on experience with substations, power plants, boiler operations, and industrial machinery.
