• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

1. Assembly & Wiring: Fabricate MCCs, switchgears, and E-Houses by mounting components (breakers, contactors, starters) onto back panels according to schematics and layout drawings.

2. Component Installation: Install motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), transformers, and terminal blocks.

3. Wiring & Dressing: Perform point-to-point wiring, cable management, crimping, and labeling (ferruling) of wires and cables, ensuring compliance with UL508A or similar standards.

4. Testing & Commissioning: Conduct pre-commissioning tasks, including visual inspections, torque checks on busbars, insulation resistance tests, and functional testing of motor starters.

5. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including 460V, 120V, and 24VDC circuit issues, during the build or final inspection.

6. Documentation: Maintain "red line" revisions on schematics for any changes made during production.
