Education:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Completion of vocational training in the relevant field from reputed training institute is preferred.

∎ Employment experience in relevant field from gulf countries (GCC) are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision & LeadershipLeading a team of electricians and electrical technicians.Assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.Training and mentoring workers to ensure high-quality workmanship.Planning & CoordinationReviewing electrical blueprints, schematics, and work orders.Coordinating electrical work with other departments (mechanical, civil, etc.).Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Safety & Compliance Enforcing electrical safety regulations and workplace safety policies.Ensuring workers follow proper safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with national electrical codes.Installation & MaintenanceSupervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.Overseeing cable pulling, conduit installation, circuit testing, and panel wiring.Ensuring proper grounding and bonding of electrical systems.Quality Control & InspectionInspecting electrical work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.Performing tests on electrical systems to verify proper functionality.Ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.Reporting & DocumentationMaintaining records of work progress, electrical issues, and workforce activities.Preparing reports on completed tasks and any problems encountered.Ensuring all work is properly documented for compliance and future reference.Procurement & Inventory ManagementEnsuring availability of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.Coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams for necessary supplies.Problem-Solving & Decision MakingTroubleshooting electrical faults and providing solutions.Making quick decisions in case of system failures or work delays.
