Additional Requirements:

• Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email communication.

• Proficient in Auto Cad, specifically for electrical SLD, power panel work, and PLC programming.

• Experience in electrical & instrument system installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the technician team effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead installation, erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of 11KV / 0.415KV power distribution substation systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, wiring diagrams, and other specifications to execute work accurately according to drawings.

• Lead the technician team for installation, testing, commissioning, and routine preventive & predictive maintenance activities.

• Oversee the plant’s electrical power distribution network, including transformers, generators, switchgear, circuit breakers, and Busbar Trunking System (BBT).

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems for melting systems, extrusion presses, furnaces, cooling systems, powder coating lines, and anodizing units.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, and other automation systems.

• Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance of power distribution systems.

• Maintain up-to-date electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and equipment manuals.

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with national electrical codes and industrial safety standards (IEC, NFPA, OSHA).
