Additional Requirements:
  • Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email communication.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (ladder logic, sequential function charts, etc.).
  • Strong skills in SCADA, HMI design, and industrial networking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD / EPLAN, especially for schematic and control drawings.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead installation, erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of instrument & control systems, including Online UPS, Soft Starter, Thermocouple, RTD, Transducer, Transmitter, Actuator, Measurement Sensors, VFDs, HMI, PID Control, and PLC systems.
  • Design, develop, and implement control systems and instrumentation using PLCs, servo systems, and other automation technologies.
  • Perform functional testing and calibration of installed systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments, valves, control loops, MV/LT/PFI panel control systems, and diesel generator control systems to minimize production downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, and process engineers) to identify root causes of system failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Upgrade or expand instrumentation for new production requirements or technological advancements.
  • Train and supervise technicians and personnel on operation and maintenance of control systems.
  • Ensure all control systems and instrumentation comply with safety standards (IEC, NFPA, ANSI, local codes) and regulatory requirements.
  • Support on-call response and perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
