Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management

Tender Management: Lead and manage all stages of the EGP process, including preparation, submission, evaluation, and award phases.
Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality, accurate, and compliant tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
Bid Strategy: Develop winning strategies for each tender, including identifying key project requirements and differentiating factors.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement regulations, government guidelines, and internal policies at all times.Vendor and Stakeholder
Coordination: Engage with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address inquiries.
Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks related to tender submissions, compliance issues, and project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance tendering procedures and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of tenders, documents, deadlines, and outcomes.
Financial Reporting: Contribute to monthly financial reports, ensuring accurate recording of procurement-related expenses.
