• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international student counselling, admissions, or visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of global education systems and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability to manage multiple files concurrently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Education and Visa Counsellor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to students aspiring to study abroad, assisting them through the entire process — from selecting the right course and institution to preparing and submitting visa applications.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their global education goals, a strong understanding of international education systems, and the ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently and ethically.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Guidance

• Conduct professional counselling sessions with students and parents to identify suitable study options and destinations.
• Advise on admission requirements, tuition fees, visa regulations, and career pathways.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of various international education systems (Australia, UK, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and Europe).

Admissions Support

• Guide students through the full admission process, including application preparation, document verification, and submission.
• Liaise with partner institutions to track application progress and secure offers.
• Maintain organized and accurate student records within the company’s CRM or application management systems.

Visa Application Processing

• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications through relevant embassy or government systems.
• Stay informed of policy updates and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Support students through pre-departure processes and ensure a smooth transition to their destination country.

Customer & Relationship Management

• Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring transparency and ethical conduct at all stages.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless student experiences.
• Participate in marketing events, education fairs, and webinars when required.
• Prepare periodic reports on student conversions, visa outcomes, and performance metrics for management.
