• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Service Marketing
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Diploma in Business Studies

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Customer Engagement:

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students regarding study abroad programs and IELTS preparation courses.

• Guide students through the entire application process, including course selection, destination choice, admission requirements, and visa procedures.

• Respond to inquiries via phone, in person, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain follow-up communication with leads, ensure timely updates, and build lasting student relationships.

• Support students in understanding IELTS structure, preparation plans, and registration process.

Campaign & Event Participation:

• Participate in and help coordinate educational fairs, seminars, school outreach programs, and promotional events.

• Represent the organization at public events and institutional visits to promote services.

• Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns targeting prospective students.

Social Media & Content Creation:

• Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote study abroad and IELTS services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content including posts, banners, videos, stories, and reels.

• Respond to comments/messages and actively engage with followers to boost visibility and conversions.

• Share success stories, testimonials, tips, and educational updates to build trust and awareness.

Performance Targets:

• Achieve monthly student counseling and enrollment goals.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction.

• Contribute actively to content output and social media engagement growth.

• Maintain strong conversion rates from leads to enrollments.

• Ensure regular participation and contribution to promotional campaigns and outreach events.
