Job Context:
∎ WE ARE HIRING, Education Counselor (Admin Support)
∎ Candidates with 2/3 years’ experience in education counseling for higher studies in Australia, UK, Canada, USA, Malaysia & Singapore will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate needs to Know the full process & SOP of sending students abroad for study.
∎ To develop a database of students, facilitating their enrollment and admission to educational institutions in the Australia UK, Canada, USA.
∎ Candidate MUST be good at English speaking and writing.
∎ Creating a solid relationship with a range of education partners/portals.
∎ Processing student visa applications based on entry requirements and admissions procedures.
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone about admission procedure of foreign universities & countries with maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the students/parents over the phone and face to face.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via social media advertisements.
∎ Need To maintain administrative work, implementing and maintaining appropriate Recruitment, Attendance, Leave and Disciplinary Management System of the Company.
∎ Arrange meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and circulate within stipulated time.
∎ To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Smart and Presentable at all times.
∎ 2-to-3-year(s) Experience may be relaxed only the Most outstanding candidate.
