Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive guidance and counselling to students regarding educational opportunities, courses, universities, and career paths.
∎ Assist students in the university application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and deadlines.
∎ Conduct Tele-calling to prospective students to inform them about educational programs and services MalishaEdu offers.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student interactions and inquiries for future reference.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance student experience.
