∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel international students to facilitate admissions into international universities and colleges, including assisting with course changes both onshore and offshore.
∎ Enhance long-term student retention through proactive after-sales engagement and ongoing support.
∎ Develop content for marketing posts and participate in various marketing activities as required.
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s ongoing presence across social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and relevant social groups.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including inquiry notes, file notes, admission entries, offer letters, Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs), task lists, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
∎ Achieve monthly targets and maintain a high conversion ratio in line with company objectives.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support business operations and objectives.
