🔹 Job Description

You will be responsible for managing website and Facebook inquiries, driving eCommerce sales, and creating engaging video content such as product reviews and vlogs. You will also handle showroom operations, assist walk-in customers, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience both online and offline.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to Facebook and website messages, comments, and customer queries

• Convert inquiries into successful eCommerce sales

• Create engaging video content (product reviews and vlogs) for gadgets

• Confidently present products in front of the camera

• Assist showroom customers and maintain sales performance

• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom

• Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in eCommerce sales and Facebook page handling

• Skills in website and social media management

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla

• Smart, well-presented, and confident personality

• Clear and attractive speaking voice

• Ability to create video content (product reviews/vlogs)

• Basic knowledge of gadgets and tech products (preferred)

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
