Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, Facebook/Instagram inbox, and WhatsApp.
- Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable skincare/beauty solutions.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers and ensure follow-up for repeat sales.
- Manage order taking, confirmation, and coordinate with delivery team/courier.
- Work to achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Keep records of customer data and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.
- Assist in shop sales, live sales, and promotional activities.
- Report daily activities and sales updates to the Manager.
