Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary E-Commerce Expert to lead our current e-commerce team and spearhead the massive expansion of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in vendor management, marketplace operations and platform growth strategies.
- Lead and expand our in-house e-commerce platform and drive direct-to-consumer growth
- Manage and mentor the existing e-commerce team across multiple functions
- Oversee and optimise operations on external marketplaces.
- Lead vendor onboarding, relationship management and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics and IT teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
- Define and track KPIs: traffic, sales, conversion, returns and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, new product launches and seasonal offers.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and suggest innovative strategies for online growth.
- Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
