Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 30 years
Strong knowledge of E-Commerce and F-Commerce operations.
• Good understanding of Facebook Commerce and online marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Manage daily operations of the company`s e-commerce platforms.
• Customer call & order confirmation
• Courier management
• Team coordination & teamwork
• Website & order management
• Product packaging & dispatch coordination
• Daily office & operational support
• Monitor marketplace performance (Daraz, Facebook Shop, Website, etc.) and recommend improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams for campaigns, banners, and promotional activities.
• Perform other day-to-day e-commerce operational activities assigned by management
