Responsibilities & Context:
• Handle customers professionally and provide accurate information about our products.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products according to their requirements.
• Manage daily shop operations and ensure a professional store environment.
• Maintain product and stock information using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform regular data entry and prepare basic sales/stock reports.
• Coordinate with the management regarding sales, stock, and other shop-related activities.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
