Education: Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline. Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics. Basic computer and MS Office skills. Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary Responsible for generating sales leads and business opportunities through outbound and inbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospects through phone calls, SMS, email, and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets. Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Conduct customer satisfaction and follow-up calls where required. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead management. Prepare regular reports on call volume, lead status, conversion, and follow-up activities. Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication style.
