Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary
Support the Sales & Marketing team in lead generation, customer communication, market research, promotional activities, sales administration, and day-to-day marketing operations while gaining practical experience in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospect research.
Support outbound calls and customer follow-ups under supervision.
Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
Assist in entering and updating information in the CRM system.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Support digital marketing and social media activities when required.
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, events, and customer activities.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer and sales-related activities.
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
Support the team in achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
