You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the export and import processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maximize efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company`s global operations.
∎ Job Summary: The eCommerce Officer for an Export-Import Farm of M/S Aysha Enterprise plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the online presence and sales strategies of the agricultural products produced and traded by the farm. This position involves coordinating digital marketing efforts, overseeing online transactions, and ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience for customers engaging in export and import activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Store Management: Develop and maintain the farm's eCommerce platform, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface for customers engaged in export-import activities.
∎ Update product listings, images, and descriptions to accurately represent the agricultural products available for export or import.
∎ Order Processing and Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end eCommerce order process, from order placement to shipment and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
∎ Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate export and import activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
∎ Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote agricultural products for export or import.
∎ Utilize various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to reach target audiences and boost sales.
∎ Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor customer reviews and feedback, implementing improvements based on customer suggestions and concerns.
∎ Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with export and import regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for international shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify export-import opportunities and trends in the agricultural sector.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Collaborate with external partners, such as freight forwarders and customs brokers, to streamline export-import processes.
