∎ Job Overview: As an Export-Import Manager at M/S Aysha Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company`s international trade operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the export and import processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maximize efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company`s global operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Export-Import Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements.
∎ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bangladesh's export-import policies and regulations.
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping: Manage the preparation and maintenance of accurate export and import documentation.
∎ Ensure all relevant permits, licenses, and certificates are obtained and maintained.
∎ Logistics Management: Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
∎ Monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
∎ Negotiation and Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with international suppliers and customers.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customs officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international trade, including currency fluctuations and geopolitical factors.
∎ Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to control and reduce import-export costs.
∎ Monitor and analyze expenses related to transportation, duties, and taxes.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and business opportunities.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as an Export-Import Manager or in a similar role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
