Job Responsibilities:
∎ The E-commerce Executive of Courier will be responsible for managing the operation of the Courier All department with the business objectives and mission of the organization. He will lead the delivery boy, customer care agent, accounting implementation process as as plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the Courier. He will provide direction and support for Courier solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations, and work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective for all aspects of the organization. Job Responsibilities
∎ Receiving and attending Phone-calls from the customers instantly.
∎ Arranging and giving delivery to the Customers immediate basis.
∎ Manage E-commerce stock availability, warehousing and delivery procedures.
∎ Physically pick-up stock and do all parcel packaging for handover to deliveryman on a daily basis.
∎ Generating & collect product order sheets and full fill orders in the shortest time.
∎ Collect order product from warehouse and different outlets for delivery.
∎ Complete order into internal business platforms and make order-wise invoice from software.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control in software.
∎ Check opening stocks as per reports on daily basis specially running items.
∎ Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Strong coordination with team user department.
∎ Maintain documentation for MRR, Receiving Copy, Invoice copy, etc. and submit to SCM.
∎ Develop a department-wide E-Commerce marketing strategy.
∎ Creates graph in the system to track product sales.
∎ Analysis of the E-Commerce related performance.
∎ Research market in order to discover new technologies in order to improve website performance.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of users' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements.
∎ Others duty will be assigned by the management.
