Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making interesting captioned Facebook posts and connecting with clients.
∎ Activities on Facebook group pages and other online marketing duties to enhance reach and community.
∎ Using MS Word and Excel to manage orders and retain client information.
∎ Management's directions were followed.
∎ Supervising the entire development of a company's e-commerce platform.
∎ Reviewing sales insights and applying them to the development of educated sales strategy.
∎ Leading teams of copywriters, graphic designers, and software engineers in the creation of visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging e-commerce websites.
∎ Making promotional offers and showing them correctly on the website.
∎ Evaluating legal disclaimers and online material for compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
∎ Managing the efficient operation of an online retailer's many online e-commerce platforms.
∎ Assuring that the firm meets its yearly sales targets while staying within its operational expenditures.
∎ Managing and implementing promotional activities, offering information on consumer shopping habits, guaranteeing good customer service, and responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
∎ Working collaboratively with demand planning, merchandising, and warehousing departments to guarantee on-time order fulfillment.
∎ Weekly or monthly analysis and reporting for each department, product, offer, or campaign.
∎ Examining the problems, requirements, and preferences of customers in order to develop a simple and seamless transactional experience for purchasing things online.
∎ Examining stock levels and sales data to ensure a consistent supply and demand situation.
