Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably business studies)
∎ Execution of Regular Business Operation
∎ Idea about photo editing tools (for example adobe photoshop, illustrator or canva etc) and techniques.
∎ Basic Knowledge regarding social media/digital marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focus on Business Development using e-Tools and platforms
∎ Leads Hunting : Hit List Creation
∎ Business Communication
∎ Social Media Communication/Campaign Design & Execution.
∎ Email Communication. Etc.
∎ Content Planning for Communication
∎ Banner, Poster, Infographics etc for social media.
∎ Lead Management.
∎ Sending proposals to leads.
∎ Front-face design according to client preference.
∎ Client Conversion
∎ Quotation making.
∎ In Person Meeting of Prospective Corporate Clients.
∎ PO/Contract Collection.
∎ Orders-Notes & Hand-Over-To production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication & collaboration skills are effective.
∎ Superior problem-solving & analytical abilities.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Design portfolio.
∎ Poster design.
∎ English Medium/Version Educational Background.
∎ Previous working Experience (internship) in any startup/Corporate However, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Customer Relation Management: Leads creation, Communication and customer conversation.
∎ Recommendation of immediate past Supervisor
Salary:
∎ Salary: (15,000 - 20,000) based on experience, qualification or soft-skills.
Salary review: Yearly
14 days annual sick leave, 15 days of public leave, 10 days of paid casual leaves and bonuses for full time employees.
Regular office: 200 hours a month. (will always measure on a men-hour basis).
Flexible timing (8am to 9pm, an employee can schedule based on his/her team)
Friday-Saturday Holidays.
